Available in silver and gold these charms are designed to stack on our chains.
Shop Chains
The Opal used in our birthstone pieces is a natural Ethiopian Opal. Ethiopian Opal is highly porous so we highly recommend keeping it away from water or other chemicals and creams which can cause the colour of the opal to discolour.

Where We Deliver To
We deliver to all locations within Australia via Sendle or Australia Post and Internationally via Sendle.
We offer free Standard Domestic Shipping all orders over $200 and Free Express Shipping on all orders over $800.
Express shipping is available for domestic orders through Australia Post for in-stock items. All Express Orders are sent signature on delivery within 2 business days of your order being placed. Please note that shipping time is in addition to this. If your order can not be fulfilled by express post we will notify you as soon as possible.
Our shipping costs include both shipping and handling for your order including packaging materials and postage costs.
Unfortunately during key sale periods express post is unavailable on all orders. We ask for your patience during this time for orders placed.
For orders that select 'Standard Post: Authority to Leave' we take no responsibility if your order is lost or stolen on delivery. Customers take full responsibility for the delivery of these orders and ToniMay are not able to offer replacement or compensation for any loss or delivery issues for parcels once they are deemed as delivered. If you are concerned with the delivery of your order or do not have a safe area for your parcel to be left (eg you live in an apartment) we would recommend selecting the signature on delivery postage option or express post.
Please note that during sale periods (Black Friday, Boxing Day and EOFY) additional delays to the above timing may be experienced.
International Orders & Custom Charges
We do try to ship to all international destinations however we are not able to ship to some locations due to limited or restricted flights.
International orders are sent via Sendle (a standard post option). Please allow up to 5 weeks to receive your items as delays maybe experienced due to customs clearances.
ToniMay is not responsible for any customs or importation charges that maybe incurred with international orders. It is the customer's responsibility to cover all customs related charges for the import of goods including taxes and duties.
Order Confirmation & Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email confirming your order. An email confirming shipment and tracking details will also be sent when your order has been dispatched. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct when you receive your order confirmation.
Once an order is shipped we are unable to make any changes to the order, delivery address or location. ToniMay takes no liability for orders that are sent to the incorrect address due to customer error or delays experienced due to courier delivery times or international customs clearance.
Once an order is shipped it is the customers responsibility to track the delivery. If there are any issues with the delivery of the parcel ToniMay will seek to rectify this with the courier company/Australia Post and place an investigation for you.
We do not take any responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once delivered. Please note that any claims for non-delivery must be made ASAP and no later than 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery, outside of 30 days from the delivery date a claim is unable to be processed. Please note that claims can not be made for any orders that are selected as 'Authority to Leave' and not received.

Unsure of your ring size? Our complimentary ring sizer can help take the guess work out of determining your ring size. Allowing you to determine your best ring size, the sizes on our ring size correlate to our standard ring sizes.

Our rings are made to standard US/Canadian ring sizing. We make our womens rings in sizes 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 as standard and our mens rings in 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 as standard in most sizes. Half sizes are not made as part of our range.
Your ring size is determined by measuring the inside diameter of your ring at the widest section from the inside of the band in millimetres or using our complimentary ring sizer.
If you are unsure of your ring size please check our ring size conversion charts below or email our customer service team at orders@tonimay.com.au to check your ring size with us.
We are constantly restocking sizes so if your size is not available please reach out and we can let you know when your size will be in. We also offer custom sizes for an additional custom fee.
Necklaces
Our necklaces are designed in a range of lengths to partner together and layer during wear. We believe that there is never such a thing as too many and encourage our customers to get creative and layer their ToniMay collections
Our necklaces typically come in 4 lengths from choker (36cm) through to a longer opera style chains (64cm). Our chains lengths are 36cm, 40cm, 46cm, 50cm and 64cm.
If you are looking to layer your ToniMay necklaces, particularly if you have styles where chain lengths are the same we recommend getting your hands on one of our chain extenders which will allow you to mix and match your chain lengths for layering. Our chain extenders can be used with all lobster clasp chains however are not able to be used with our toggle clasp necklaces such as the Herkimer, Alchemy or Lost Pearl necklaces.
Cuffs
Our cuffs are made to standard sizing between 14 - 16cm in length.
Our cuffs are not designed to be tightened or stretched to fit your wrist. Please avoid stretching open cuffs to take them on and off or tightening cuffs on the wrist to fit snug. Cuffs should be slid on and off the wrist from the thinnest part of the side of the wrist. Stretching cuffs open and closed can cause a weakness in the band and cause cuffs to crack. This can also weaken the stone settings.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer custom size cuffs.

DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY PERIOD?
We offer a 6 month manufacturing warranty from date of purchase for all core range of sterling silver and gold plated jewellery (excluding Minh Singer ring dishes and jewellery cases).
