Terms of Sale
- Please choose carefully. Goods sold are non-refundable and we do not offer refund for ‘change of mind’.
- We are happy to offer an exchange for credit within our 14 day returns period if you are unhappy with your order.
- There is no exchange or refund on pierced earrings due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- There is no refund or exchange on items purchased during sale periods or from our Final Sale collection. These sales are considered final.
- There is no refund on gift cards. Gift cards can not be exchanged for cash. All gift cards have a 3 year expiry from date of purchase.
- For all Bespoke, Finery and Custom pieces and Minh Singer dishes sales are final and no exchange or refund is permitted.
- If you do require an exchange for any other reason please reach out to our team by email within 14 days of purchase.
Any exchanges will be provided in the form of a gift cards with a 12 month validity on them from issue. If the credit is not used within 12 months it will expire and can not be reissued.
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order please contact us via email at orders@tonimay.com.au or via our contact form.
Customers are responsible for covering any associated postage or redelivery fees. The item must be returned in the original ToniMay box and protective packaging and show no signs of wear or use. We recommend shipping return orders via a registered post as ToniMay are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen parcels.
Shipping and handling fees paid on initial orders are non refundable.
Warranty and Repairs
A 3 month warranty from date of purchase applies on our core range (excluding Minh Singer ring dishes) and a 12 month warranty is offered for all finery and custom pieces.
Within the warranty period ToniMay will cover the cost of repair due to manufacturing fault only, we do not warrant against damage caused through incidental wear and tear, tarnishing or plating wear. If the piece shows signs of damage from something other than normal wear or shows signs of improper use/care, a repair fee will apply and the warranty will be void.
If you experience damage to your ToniMay jewellery outside of our warranty, we ask you to contact us via the contact form so we can provide a quote for repair. We do not guarantee that all pieces are able to be repaired but we will do our best where possible.
Please note that if another jeweller works on your ToniMay item within the warranty period (including repairs or resizing) or you attempt repair of a piece yourself this does void the warranty. We do not take responsibility for any damage due to other work performed on a piece.
Our warranty does not cover you for items that are lost or stolen. In this instance a refund or replacement under warranty is not possible.
Our warranty does not cover silver or brass pieces that may tarnish or scratch, nor does our warranty cover Gold Plated pieces that may experience plating wear or fading. Please refer to our care and faqs page for details on how to care for your ToniMay piece.
Our warranty does not cover any damage to Minh Singer ring dishes. These dishes are to be treated with care and being ceramic they are fragile and can easily break or crack if dropped or treated forcefully. They are not food safe and should not be submerged in water or washed, featuring a buff stone wear base. Unfortunately if damage does occur to your ring dish this does not fall under our warranty and no replacement or repair is available.
Finery and Bespoke Warranty
We offer a 12 month warranty on all finery and custom made pieces. Within the warranty period ToniMay will cover the cost of repair due to manufacturing fault. If the piece shows signs of damage from something other than normal wear (in accordance with our care and faqs) or show signs of improper use/care, a repair fee will apply and the warranty will be voided.
The warranty will be voided if another jeweller works on the ring this includes cleaning/polishing, servicing, resizing or repairing a ring. Please ensure that you return your ToniMay finery pieces to ToniMay on an annual bases for servicing including polishing and stone tightening, especially if you have claw set stones.
Please note that gold will scratch during wear. This is not covered by our warranty and is a natural process of wear and tear. Stones can also scratch, crack or chip if they come into contact with hard abrasive surfaces, are dropped or are knocked/hit. Damage to the stone in this way is considered accidental damage and is not covered by our warranty.
We do recommend that customers take out their own insurance. There is always the possibility of accidental damage and damage outside of our warranty. Holding your own insurance ensures that damage outside of our warranty would be covered by your insurance company.
Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any custom import duties or taxes that are related to the purchase of their order. We recommend international customers familiarise themselves with the import duties and taxes for their relevant country.
Sale and Promotional Periods
Any promotional sales or codes that are undertaken by ToniMay are applicable only to www.tonimay.com.au. The promotions/sales does not extend to our stockists. Any promotions or sales that our stockists under take are also not applicable to www.tonimay.com.au and can not be matched.
ToniMay reserves the right to update, change and conclude a promotional code or the terms of any sale promotion at any time, this includes the duration of the sale, the discount and products included.
Sales and promotional codes can not be combined and only one code/discount can be redeemed per transaction. Sale and promotions can also not be applied retrospectively to purchases or applied after the promotional period has ended. Unless otherwise specified or during major sale events like Black Friday or EOFY, promotions and sales are not applicable to our Finery and bespoke pieces.
10% Off Your First Order - Customers who sign up to our mailing list will receive 10% off the first order, for full price items only. This excludes sale styles and gift vouchers. This can not be used in conjunction with any other offer and is only available to new customers who have not previously signed up to the mailing list or purchased with ToniMay.

VIP Early Access (Online Only)
- Date & Time: Starts 8:00 AM AEDT on 24 November 2025 for 24 hours only.
- Offer: 40% off eligible products during the first hour (8am – 9am AEDT)
- After 9:00 AM AEDT, the same code will grant 30% off eligible items for the remainder of the day.
- Available exclusively to ToniMay VIPs and customers who signed up and received a unique code via email or SMS.
- Only available on selected styles and not site wide.
- The VIP code is shared via email and SMS to ToniMay customers who have opted in to marketing

- Offer: 30% off almost everything, prices will appear already discounted on the product pages.
- In-Store: The 30% off sale applies in our Bondi and Paddington stores only from 25 November to 1 December 2025. Early access does not apply in-store.

Returns & Exchanges
- Extended Returns: Items purchased during the Black Friday and holiday period are eligible for return for credit note only until 11 January 2026, provided items are unworn and in original condition (there is no refund or return for change of mind as per our standard terms)
- Final Sale Items, Earrings and Finery Items cannot be returned or refunded.
- Returns are refunded as store credit only.
- Earrings: No returns for hygiene reasons.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders may experience delays due to high demand: 5 - 7 business days expected dispatch.
- Free shipping is available for Australian orders over $200 only.
- No express post is available during sale periods
Purchase Limits & Fraud
- No order limits per customer.
- ToniMay reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or bulk purchasing.
- ToniMay reserves the right to change, end or cancel the sale at any time
Website & Technical
- ToniMay is not responsible for website downtime or technical issues during the sale period.
- All discounts and codes are subject to correct functionality; ToniMay reserves the right to correct any errors.
- ToniMay reserves the right to cancel or refund any orders that are the result of technical error or website functionality.
General Terms
- Discount codes and sale pricing cannot be combined with other promotional or loyalty offers.
- No rainchecks, extensions or price adjustments on past or future purchases.
- Offers are valid while stock lasts. No holds or reservations.
- ToniMay reserves the right to modify, amend, or end this promotion at any time without notice.
- In-store perks (such as gifts with purchase) may differ from online offers.
- Store operating hours remain as usual for Bondi and Paddington locations.
- The sale is not available on gift cards.

By participating, you agree to the following:
Earning Points
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
Points are earned on purchases from the Core Collection only. Bespoke pieces are excluded.
Bonus points may be awarded for specific actions, including:
- Creating an account: 50 points
- Subscribing to SMS: 100 points
- Following us on Instagram: 20 points
Birthday rewards: You must enter your birthdate at least 30 days before your birthday to qualify.
Redeeming Points
Redeem points for rewards through your account:
- 200 points = $10 off
- 400 points = $20 off
- 600 points = $30 off
- 800 points = $40 off
Once redeemed, you’ll receive a unique reward code to use at checkout.
Only one reward code can be applied per order.
Reward codes cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers, except for free shipping.
Redeemed points cannot be refunded or returned to your account.
Referral Program
Share your unique referral link with friends.
When your friend makes their first purchase, you earn 200 points, and they get $10 off their order.
Point Expiry

ToniMay reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time.
