Any exchanges will be provided in the form of a gift cards with a 12 month validity on them from issue. If the credit is not used within 12 months it will expire and can not be reissued.

Customers are responsible for covering any associated postage or redelivery fees. The item must be returned in the original ToniMay box and protective packaging and show no signs of wear or use. We recommend shipping return orders via a registered post as ToniMay are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen parcels.
Shipping and handling fees paid on initial orders are non refundable.
A 3 month warranty from date of purchase applies on our core range (excluding Minh Singer ring dishes) and a 12 month warranty is offered for all finery and custom pieces.
Within the warranty period ToniMay will cover the cost of repair due to manufacturing fault only, we do not warrant against damage caused through incidental wear and tear, tarnishing or plating wear. If the piece shows signs of damage from something other than normal wear or shows signs of improper use/care, a repair fee will apply and the warranty will be void.
If you experience damage to your ToniMay jewellery outside of our warranty, we ask you to contact us via the contact form so we can provide a quote for repair. We do not guarantee that all pieces are able to be repaired but we will do our best where possible.
Please note that if another jeweller works on your ToniMay item within the warranty period (including repairs or resizing) or you attempt repair of a piece yourself this does void the warranty. We do not take responsibility for any damage due to other work performed on a piece.
Our warranty does not cover you for items that are lost or stolen. In this instance a refund or replacement under warranty is not possible.
Our warranty does not cover silver or brass pieces that may tarnish or scratch, nor does our warranty cover Gold Plated pieces that may experience plating wear or fading. Please refer to our care and faqs page for details on how to care for your ToniMay piece.
Our warranty does not cover any damage to Minh Singer ring dishes. These dishes are to be treated with care and being ceramic they are fragile and can easily break or crack if dropped or treated forcefully. They are not food safe and should not be submerged in water or washed, featuring a buff stone wear base. Unfortunately if damage does occur to your ring dish this does not fall under our warranty and no replacement or repair is available.
We offer a 12 month warranty on all finery and custom made pieces. Within the warranty period ToniMay will cover the cost of repair due to manufacturing fault. If the piece shows signs of damage from something other than normal wear (in accordance with our care and faqs) or show signs of improper use/care, a repair fee will apply and the warranty will be voided.
The warranty will be voided if another jeweller works on the ring this includes cleaning/polishing, servicing, resizing or repairing a ring. Please ensure that you return your ToniMay finery pieces to ToniMay on an annual bases for servicing including polishing and stone tightening, especially if you have claw set stones.
Please note that gold will scratch during wear. This is not covered by our warranty and is a natural process of wear and tear. Stones can also scratch, crack or chip if they come into contact with hard abrasive surfaces, are dropped or are knocked/hit. Damage to the stone in this way is considered accidental damage and is not covered by our warranty.
We do recommend that customers take out their own insurance. There is always the possibility of accidental damage and damage outside of our warranty. Holding your own insurance ensures that damage outside of our warranty would be covered by your insurance company.
International customers are responsible for any custom import duties or taxes that are related to the purchase of their order. We recommend international customers familiarise themselves with the import duties and taxes for their relevant country.
Any promotional sales or codes that are undertaken by ToniMay are applicable only to www.tonimay.com.au. The promotions/sales does not extend to our stockists. Any promotions or sales that our stockists under take are also not applicable to www.tonimay.com.au and can not be matched.
ToniMay reserves the right to update, change and conclude a promotional code or the terms of any sale promotion at any time, this includes the duration of the sale, the discount and products included.
Sales and promotional codes can not be combined and only one code/discount can be redeemed per transaction. Sale and promotions can also not be applied retrospectively to purchases or applied after the promotional period has ended.
10% Off Your First Order - Customers who sign up to our mailing list will receive 10% off the first order, for full price items only. This excludes sale styles and gift vouchers.
