TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Please choose carefully. We do not offer exchange or refund for ‘change of mind’. All sales are final and goods are sold as non-refundable with the exception of when manufacturing fault occurs on receipt of the piece. 

For all Bespoke, Finery and Custom pieces and Minh Singer dishes sales are final and no exchange or refund is permitted. There is no return or exchange available for final sale pieces. 

We are also unable to offer exchange or refund on earrings, we do have a strict no returns or exchange policy on earrings due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Please note that international AfterPay transactions will incur an additional 2% on the final order.

GIFT CARDS

All gift cards are sold non-refundable, returnable or redeemable for cash. They can not be returned or refunded for change of mind. 

All gift cards purchased through the website have a 3 year validity on them from purchase. Gift cards can not be reloaded or topped up. 

Exchange credit issues in the form of gift cards do only have a 12 month validity on them and can not be extended once expired.

SALE ITEMS, MARK DOWNS AND DISCOUNTS

All products marked down on the 'final sale' page on our website are final sale items. This means that they are discontinued styles and will not be restocked. Stock is limited and as such we can not accomodate stone preferences or offer exchanges or returns. We do not offer change of mind, returns or refunds on final sale items with the exception of major manufacturing fault.

Please note that final sale pieces may have some imperfections and exchanges are not possible on pieces. 

End of Season Sales or Flash Sales promoted on the ToniMay website, ToniMay EDMs or ToniMay Instagram/Facebook are only redeemable online at www.tonimay.com.au or the ToniMay Paddington Flagship store. Due to the high volume of demand during sale periods ToniMay cannot guarantee the availability of stock during the offer period. Sale offers do not apply to pre-orders, out of stock items or custom orders.

All sale offers or discount codes are subject to our General Terms and Conditions, Delivery, Warranty, Returns and Privacy Policies which are available online at www.tonimay.com.au.

All discount codes are one use per person only. They can not be used across multiple purchases. Discount codes and sales are not applicable to our Finery Bespoke range, custom pieces or sizes or our ring dishes. Sale offers are not available in conjunction with any other offer or code and are subject to change. 

ToniMay reserve the right to shorten, extend or cancel the promotion or discount code at any time. The offer/sale also can not be backdated for orders placed prior to the sale commencement and is not extendable past the sale end date.

Our Easter 2024 promotion will run from Wednesday 27th March to Sunday 31st March (12pm AEDT). Each code placed on the website is unique and codes for 30% off codes are one use per customer, $250 codes are single use only for 1 customer only - once redeemed they can not be reused.
