Goods sold are non-refundable, unless fault or breakage occurs within 3 months, of unused items. In such cases we offer the option of an exchange, refund or credit note. For customer purchasing from our Finery and Bespoke range a 12 month warranty applies.
If you do experience damage to your ToniMay jewellery outside of our warranty, we ask you to contact us at email@example.com and we can arrange a quote for repair.
If you select the incorrect ring size, you can exchange your ring for a new size within 21 business days from the purchase date. Customers are responsible for covering any associated postage costs for exchanges and the item must be returned in the original packaging and show no signs of wear.
Please note we cannot exchange or refund for ‘change of mind’. We are also unable to offer exchange or refund on earrings for hygiene and safety reasons. Please choose carefully.
