WHEN DOES THE VAULT OPEN?
The Vault opens exclusively to VIP members on Tuesday, 25 August at 10AM AEST.
HOW LONG WILL THE VAULT BE OPEN?
The Vault will be open for 48 hours only. Once it closes, the VIP Archive prices will no longer be available.
WHO CAN SHOP THE VAULT?
The Vault is exclusively available to ToniMay VIP members. Make sure you’re signed up before the Vault opens to receive your exclusive access by email or SMS.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE VAULT?
Your exclusive link and code will be sent to you by email when The Vault opens. Keep an eye on your inbox from 10AM AEST on Tuesday, 25 August.
WHAT WILL BE AVAILABLE?
The Vault will feature a selection of past favourites, signature ToniMay pieces, selected overstock and final pieces from our Archives.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ARCHIVE PURCHASE?
No. All Archive purchases are final sale. Returns and exchanges are not available, so please make sure you’re happy with your selection before placing your order.
WILL THE ARCHIVE PIECES BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?
No. Once a piece leaves the Archives, it won’t be returning. If there’s a piece you’ve had your eye on, this is your chance to make it yours.

Make sure you’re signed up as a VIP member and keep an eye on your inbox. With only 48 hours and limited final pieces available, we recommend being ready when The Vault opens at 10AM AEST on Tuesday, 25 August.
