How do I get early access to the sale?
Simply sign up with your email or SMS above. You’ll receive your exclusive early access code by email or text on Monday 24th November at 8am (AEDT).
What is the “Hour of Power”?
Early access members get 40% off for one hour only, from 8am to 9am AEDT on Monday 24th November. After that, your code will still give you 30% off for the rest of the day.
What happens after the early access day?
The main Black Friday sale goes live on our website on Tuesday 25th November at 8 am AEDT, with 30% off almost everything until Monday 1st December, no code needed.
Can I shop in-store too?
Yes! Our in-store Black Friday sale starts on Tuesday 25th November at both our Bondi and Paddington stores. The early access offer on the 24th is online only and can not be redeemed in-store.
Our in-store sale will offer 30% off selected items, until 1st December 2025.
No final sale items are available in our boutiques, these are online onlyl

Can I create a wishlist before the sale?
Definitely! We recommend creating your wishlist now so you’re ready to shop when the early access opens, things sell out fast.
Are all pieces included in the sale?
Almost everything is on sale! Some exclusions apply, including our Drop II Stacking Rings, the Octavia Capsule, and selected Finery and custom pieces.
Can I return items purchased during the sale?
We’ve extended our usual 14-day return period for Black Friday and Christmas shopping until 11th January 2026.
Items purchased during the sale can be returned for a credit note only. Items returned must be unworn, returned in their original packaging with tags attached. The sale discount can not be applied for any exchange items or future orders.
Please note:
– Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
– Final Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
