Where We Deliver To

We delivery to all locations within Australia via Sendle or Australia Post and Internationally via Sendle. 

Delivery Times & COVID Disruptions

Please note that there are ongoing delays the delivery of parcels both domestically and internationally due to the ongoing impact of the pandemic. Unfortunately these delays are out of our hands and we thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.

We recommend allowing up to an additional week for standard deliveries with in Australia and upto an additional 3-4 weeks for international deliveries on top of our standard delivery timelines below. Express postage is still being prioritised however delivery timelines are longer than normal.

All ToniMay designs are handmade to order. We ask that you allow 10 working days for your goods to be made and packed and additional shipping time on top of this time frame.

For all finery and bespoke pieces ordered off the website we do recommend allowing 8 - 10 weeks production time with shipping in addition to this.

Express shipping is available for domestic orders through Australia Post for in-stock items. All Express Orders are sent signature on delivery. If your order can not be fulfilled by express post we will notify you within 2 business days of your order being placed. 

For orders that select 'Standard Post: Authority to Leave' we take no responsibility if your order is lost or stolen on delivery. Customers take full responsibility for the delivery of these orders and ToniMay are not able to offer replacement or compensation for any loss or delivery issues. If you are concerned with the delivery of your order or do not have a safe area for your parcel to be left (eg you live in an apartment) we would recommend selecting the signature on delivery postage option.

Please note that during sale periods (Black Friday, Boxing Day and EOFY) additional delays to the above timing may be experienced. Express shipping is also not available during sale periods.

International Orders & Custom Charges

Please note that at present we are not able to ship to some locations due to reduced international flights as a result of covid. 

International orders are sent via Sendle and delivery will take between 10 - 15 working days following production. Please allow upto 4 weeks to receive your items as delays maybe experienced due to customs clearances. 

Please note that ToniMay is not responsible for any customs or importation charges that maybe incurred with international orders. It is the customer's responsibility to cover all customs related charges. 

Order Confirmation & Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email confirming your order. An email confirming shipment and tracking details will also be sent when your order has been dispatched. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct when you receive your order confirmation. 

Once an order is shipped we are unable to make any changes to the order, delivery address or location. ToniMay takes no liability for orders that are sent to the incorrect address due to customer error or delays experienced due to courier delivery times or international customs clearance. 

Once an order is shipped it is the customers responsibility to track the delivery. If there are any issues with the delivery of the parcel ToniMay will seek to rectify this with the courier company/Australia Post and place an investigation for you.

We do not take any responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once delivered. Please note that any claims for non-delivery must be made ASAP and no later than 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery, outside of 30 days from the delivery date a claim is unable to be processed. Please note that claims can not be made for any orders that are selected as 'Authority to Leave' and not received.

How Your Order Is Packed

All ToniMay orders come carefully wrapped and packaged into either a branded calico bag or branded gift box. If you are ordering multiple pieces these will be wrapped individually but packed into the same gift box/bag to reduce wastage.

If your order is a gift and you do require separate gift boxes for each item please leave us a note on your order at check out or email us directly once you have placed your order at Once orders are shipped we are unable to send additional packaging.
